Description
The SMF4L series of SOD-123FL small and flat lead low-
profile plastic package is designed specifically to protect
sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients
induced by lightning and other transient voltage events.
Features

• Compatible with industrial

123FL
• Low inductance, excellent
clamping capability
