The S-25C128A H series devices are high-temperature operation SPI serial E2PROMs for automotive components.
The S-25C128A H series has the capacity of 128 K-bit and the organization of 16384 words × 8-bit. Page write and
sequential read are available.
Caution Before using the product in automobile control unit or medical equipment, contact to ABLIC Inc. is
indispensable.
