General Description
The HTG13J0 is a processor from Holtek s
4-bit stand alone single chip microcontroller
specially designed for LCD product applica-
tions. It is especially suited for applications re-
quiring low power consumption system with
many LCD segments, such as calculator, scale,
subsystem controller, hand-held LCD products
and electronic appliances.

chip is in normal operation (with internal pull
high resistor).
