taS provide extremely high Q over a wide frequency
range.
.Da They’re jacketed with a high temperature material
w which assures mechanical stability and very close
w tolerance. It also forms a flat top, making them
w suitable for automatic placement and reflow or
vapor phase processing. Tinned leads assure re-
mliable soldering.
oCoilcraft Mini Springinductors are available in
.cstandard EIA tape and reel packaging: 12 mm for
size A, and 16 mm for size B parts.
UDesigner’s Kit C102 contains samples of all 5%
t4inductance tolerance parts. Kits with 2% tolerance

SMD-A fixture and correlation.

4. Q measured using HP4291A with HP16193A test
fixture.
5. SRF measured using HP8720D with Coilcraft
SMD-D test fixture.
6. DCR tested on the Cambridge Technology Model
510 Micro-ohmmeter.
7. For 15° C temperature rise.
8. Operating temperature 40° C to +125° C.
9. Electrical specifications at 25° C.
