Capacitance Range: 1.0pF to 0.47µF.
Voltage - Temperature Limits:
BP: 0 ± 30PPM/°C from - 55°C to + 125°C with 0 Vdc applied.
BX: ± 15% from - 55°C to + 125°C with 0 Vdc applied
+ 15%, - 25% from - 55°C to + 125°C with rated Vdc applied.
Dissipation Factor (DF):
BP: 0.15% maximum; BX: 2.5% maximum.
