LOW NOISE 150mA LDO
REGULATOR
DESCRIPTION
The UT C L1131A is a COMS positive lin ear regul ator. One of
it’s feature is t he very low quiescent current typical as low as 10μA
and its dropout voltage is extremely low with 150mA output current,
and hi gh rip ple rejection. Eac h of these ICs consists of a voltage
reference unit, an error am plifier, resistor-net for voltage se tting, a
short current limit circuit, a chip enable circuit, and so on.
These ICs perform with low dropout voltage and the chip-enable
function. The supply current at no load of thi s IC is onl y 10μA, and
the line tra nsient respons e a nd t he lo ad tra nsient res ponse of the
UTC L1131A Series are excellent, thus these ICs are ver y suitable
for the power supply for hand-held communication equipment.
The output vol tage of th ese ICs is fixed with hig h accur acy.
Since th e pac kages for th ese ICs are SO T-23-5 therefore hig h
density mounting of the ICs on boards is possible.
