DESCRIPTION
The U TC LR4XXYY are dual voltage regu lator ICs that have
high output voltage accuracy, low dropout, low supply current, and
high ri pple rej ection. Ever y Channel of UT C LR4XXYY series
consists of a voltage ref erence u nit an d over temp erature
protection, simultan eity; a lso consists of an error am plifier, a
current limit circuit, resistors fo r setting outp ut voltage, and a chip
enable circu it, respectively. T he EN1 and E N2 pins contro l each
output respectively, When both outputs shutdown simultaneously,
the chi p will be turn off an d cons umes nearly z ero o peration
current which is suitable for battery-power devices.
The load transient respons e and line transient response of the
UTC LR4XXYY Series are excellent, so these ICs are suit able for
hand-held communication equipment power supply.
